Civil Supervisor

We're looking for a motivated Civil Supervisor to take charge of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing site activities and leading your team to meet performance targets

• Upholding safety protocols and maintaining quality standards

• Coordinating plant, equipment, and materials on site

• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers

• Keeping accurate records and ensuring a clean, organised worksite

• Working collaboratively to achieve project deadlines

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience supervising or managing teams on civil works (drainage, earthworks, pavements)

• WTR endorsement and a full, clean driver's licence

• Strong knowledge of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)

• A practical, solutions-focused mindset with great communication skills

• Excellent organisational skills to keep projects on track

• Commitment to health, safety, and quality at all times
