Starting his sales career in Telecommunications, Graham spent a number of years as a Business Development Manager before moving into a Sales Management position. Keeping in sales Graham moved into the recruitment industry in 2010. A few years later he moved into a Sales Manager’s position. While in this role he developed new business units, an industrial temporary division and specialised permanent divisions. Now at AWF, Graham is the National Manager Permanent Business Solutions. Graham and the team bring a new dynamic to AWF who has traditionally been known for temporary labour hire solutions. The Permanent Business team focus solely on recruitment for permanent roles across all industries and sectors.

Originally from Whangarei, Lara made the move to the City of Sails to complete her BSc in Psychology. Like many students she wasn’t sure what she wanted to do at the end of her study but had her light bulb moment when she undertook a recruitment paper. Upon completing her degree Lara headed to the job boards looking for an opportunity to get into recruitment. It wasn’t long till she secured a role focusing on permanent placement recruitment within the freight and logistics sector. After 20 months in this space, Lara was excited to make the jump to AWF where she is widening her scope and in addition to freight and logistics she also specialises in the education sector.
