Starting his sales career in Telecommunications, Graham spent a number of years as a Business Development Manager before moving into a Sales Management position.  Keeping in sales Graham moved into the recruitment industry in 2010. A few years later he moved into a Sales Manager’s position. While in this role he developed new business units, an industrial temporary division and specialised permanent divisions.  Now at AWF, Graham is the National Manager Permanent Business Solutions. Graham and the team bring a new dynamic to AWF who has traditionally been known for temporary labour hire solutions.  The Permanent Business team focus solely on recruitment for permanent roles across all industries and sectors.

A University of Auckland graduate, Cam completed his degree in Commercial Law and Marketing before spending a couple of years working as a tour guide around Southern Africa. Upon returning to New Zealand he started his career in recruitment in a sales position, responsible for sourcing new business opportunities for both the temporary and permanent side of the business, whilst also serving as a temporary recruitment consultant. When the opportunity arose to join AWF as a consultant for the Permanent Recruitment Division, Cam jumped at the opportunity and is now an integral part of the team. Cam keeps himself busy with plenty of sports and good books, and is always thinking up new ways to feed his travel addiction.

Originally from Whangarei, Lara made the move to the City of Sails to complete her BSc in Psychology. Like many students she wasn’t sure what she wanted to do at the end of her study but had her light bulb moment when she undertook a recruitment paper. Upon completing her degree Lara headed to the job boards looking for an opportunity to get into recruitment. It wasn’t long till she secured a role focusing on permanent placement recruitment within the freight and logistics sector. After 20 months in this space, Lara was excited to make the jump to AWF where she is widening her scope and in addition to freight and logistics she also specialises in the education sector.

Originally from South Africa, Danelle spent a large part of her career in Automotive Sales and Automotive Sales Management fields for large Franchise Dealerships before relocating to New Zealand in 2015. Danelle joins the AWF Permanent Recruitment team with over 3 years of recruitment experience in the automotive industry having worked with and managed large automotive accounts as well as smaller businesses across New Zealand.  Danelle is now recruiting across various industries and she enjoys the variety of her role with AWF and working with clients and candidates in all the various sectors. Offering an end-to-end recruitment service, Danelle is looking forward to being a part of growing the AWF permanent division and ultimately fulfilling our vision of keeping New Zealand working!
