What's involved:
Our client is a leader in the heavy transport industry. They construct, service and repair road transport equipment and are looking for experienced welder fabricators to join their busy team. You will be able to handle pressure and will be a friendly and helpful team member.
To be successful you will:
- Ideally hold a current AS/NZS 2980 Welding Ticket or have the ability to get one
- Have a few years of Fabricating Welding experience under your belt
- Be proficient in multi-positional MIG welding
- Follow tidy and safe working habits
- Be able to interpret engineering drawings
- Be able to product quality work with high attention to detail
- Have the flexibility to work in various parts of the workshop
- Be able to work unsupervised, think on your feet and problem solve
