About the Roles
We have a variety of labouring positions available across the Bay of Plenty, including:
- Construction labouring
- Devanning
- Pick packing
- General site clean-ups
- Gardening and grounds maintenance
- Roading and civil support
- Production and factory work
Some roles may require a Class 1-5 licence.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out physical, hands-on labour
- Supporting teams to keep projects on track
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive worksite

What We're Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable with active work (some heavy lifting required)
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Safety-focused and willing to follow instructions
- Class 1 Restricted or Full licence preferred
