We are seeking a qualified Site Traffic Management Supervisor with a Full Class 1 Drivers Licence.

As a Site Management Traffic Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic in and around our civil construction sites.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and enforce traffic management plans to minimize disruptions and ensure safety
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of traffic control devices, signs, and barriers
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with traffic safety regulations
  • Train and supervise onsite traffic control personnel
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
  • Address and resolve traffic related issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of traffic management activities


Requirements

  • Proven experience in traffic management and site supervision
  • Certification in traffic management and a FULL Class 1 drivers licence
  • Class 2 licence desirable (not mandatory), WTR also advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of local traffic laws, regulations, and standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  • Physically fit and strong
  • Must be able to pass all preemployment checks
  • Current site safe/contruct safe cerficate desirable
