In this role, you will provide support in the delivery and management of facilities maintenance services. Based in Auckland, this role will suit a dynamic person who has a real interest in supporting the business and making things happen!
Some of the key duties include but are not limited to:
- Build strong and trusting relationships with client representatives in the Pacific and the Service Delivery Partners Plan, Co-ordinate and ensure delivery of all Planned Maintenance and Reactive Works in alignment with contractual KPIs
- Provide administrative support to the Contract Manager and the Operations delivery team and ensure the day-to-day operations are well-supported
- Liaise with Sub-Contractors to ensure works are undertaken in alignment with KPIs and at times that work for the client and the Site
- Actively seek improvement opportunities to increase margin, client satisfaction, and the client's overall company standing
- Flexibility is essential for this role as there will be a requirement to work weekends on occasions to fulfill the responsibilities of the role as the contract evolves.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills & experience:
- Administrative experience (especially in data analytics) in a busy environment is essential (Utilities/Trade Service is desirable)
- Experience in claims, invoice management, and KPI-driven environments.
- A mature approach to work, coupled with an ability to demonstrate initiative. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- An ability to prioritize tasks in line with team output requirements, coupled with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Team player with a dedication to providing quality customer service.
- Experience in Microsoft applications in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Up to $65k-$70k depending on experience
