Our client based in Otahuhu is looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to help with their current project work. This role is an immediate start Monday-Friday with full time hours 7:00am-3:30pm.
Communication and organisation are key in your position, you will be to coordinate with clients, factory production and project managers to ensure ducting products are delivered to project sites in a timely manner.
As part of your role, you will be required to:
- You will be required to assist with loading light trucks with ducting materials to be delivered to project sites across Auckland
- Coordinate with clients, factory production, project managers and delivery drivers to manage scheduled deliveries throughout the day, ensuring correct materials are delivered efficiently
- Ensure correct products and paperwork are completed for deliveries
- Be physically fit as you will be required to lift the ducting materials
- Ensure stock of materials is well maintained and perform stocktakes when required

Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a dispatch/stores position
- Valid Forklift licence
- Clean Class 1 Full Driving licence, reliable transport
- Ability to complete own paperwork including receipting of goods
- Previous experience with computers including Microsoft Outlook & Excel
- Good communication skills, organisation capabilities and attention to detail
