We have a new opportunity in our Christchurch branch for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who thrives on managing and growing clients within Construction, Manufacturing and Logistics sectors.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant you must be able to connect with people, to understand their needs, whether that be a client or a candidate. Multi-tasking and balancing priorities are key elements of the role along with maintaining and managing our commitment to the health and safety of our staff. This is a recruitment role with established clients that have the potential to offer more to someone that goes the extra mile for them.

Responsibilities
- Building relationships with clients
- Developing new clients
- Ensuring candidate skills and experience match job requirements of your clients
- Facilitating day to day management of Health and Safety
Ideally you will have
- Background in the recruitment industry
- Experience with B2B relationship management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven skills operating in a fast-paced environment
- Result driven with strong behaviours around compliance
For this job you must already living in and be legally entitled to work in New Zealand - NZ Citizenship, NZ Permanent Residency or Work Visa with no restrictions.
