About the Role:

Our client, a well-established national company are looking for a Truck/Workshop Mechanic to join the team based in Whanganui. The role includes but is not limited to:

• Servicing and maintaining a fleet of Trucks, Light Vehicles and Heavy Machinery
• Maintaining compliance-WOF and RUC
• Welding/Engineering

About You

• Trade Qualification or previous hands on experience
• Current Full Class 1 NZ Drivers Licence
• Mechanically minded
• Welding experience
• Physically Fit
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Top time management skills
• Follow and comply with all Health & Safety policies and regulations
• Can pass drug and alcohol screening
• Clean criminal history
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit
