Our client is a small-medium, young and dedicated civil construction company, who specialise in providing the highest quality solutions. Our client led by a very well-respected Civil Construction specialist who has been in the game for over twenty years. He is heavily invested in training and upskilling workers with a great attitude and willingness to learn. Overall no day will be the same, as you will have the opportunity to learn and upskill in other roles as the leader of the company wants all rounded Civil Construction Workers.

About you

Seeking individuals who are reliable, motivated, and possesses a can-do attitude.

All "On Job" training will be provided. Successful candidates will be responsible for various tasks related to concrete work, including jackhammering, moving broken concrete, and operating machinery. The role requires someone who is physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Clean Ministry of Justice record and drug & alcohol free.
• Have to references of direct supervisors.
• Proven experience as a Concrete Worker with concrete laying experience.
• Ability to operate jackhammers and other concrete equipment effectively.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Class 1 Full Licence. Nice to have manual driving experience.
