We're on the lookout for physically fit, safety-conscious individuals to join our lashing crew. This is a hands-on, team-based role where you'll be lashing containers on vessels using turnbuckles, twist locks, and support bars.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing and removing turnbuckles, twist locks, and support bars to secure containers on vessels.
- Working onboard ships in teams of 4-6 lashers.
- Always working in pairs - your safety and your buddy's safety come first.
- Performing safety checks and following strict procedures.

What You'll Need:
- A clean, full NZ Class 1 driver's licence
- Strong upper body strength and physical fitness
- A solid understanding of health & safety
- Reliability - you'll need to be available on short notice (24 hours) when vessels arrive
- Flexibility to work with variable weekly hours (can range from 2-4 vessels per week)
