Job Title: Labourer - Southland Region

About the Role:

AWF is looking for reliable and hardworking labourers to join our team in Southland. You'll be working across a range of industries and sites, supporting our diverse client base with general labouring tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working indoors/outdoors, and being part of a team that values safety and getting the job done right.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labouring duties including site clean-up, loading/unloading materials, and assisting tradespeople, stacking shelves, stop/go

Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

Work across different locations and industries including construction, manufacturing, logistics, and agriculture

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Be flexible and adaptable to different work environments and tasks.

What We're Looking For:

Physically fit and able to perform manual work.

Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.

Previous labouring experience is a bonus but not essential.

Must have a valid NZ driver's licence and reliable transport.

Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
