Our nationwide client is seeking a Kitchen Designer to join their growing interior design team.
Kitchens are one of the key inspirational areas within their retail store with an exciting range of products on offer.
This role gives you an opportunity to use your flair to design and sell our kitchen range, helping our customers in all aspects of their kitchen makeover. Whether it is helping our customers design their new kitchen or select the right flat-pack options, along with the right kitchen appliances to suit their needs, working in this department means really listening to our customers' requirements and presenting the right solutions.
For this position we are looking for someone who has:
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to think ahead and offer innovative solutions
- Experience in planning and preparing quotations
- A passion for customer service and excellence
- A high level of accuracy
- A passion for design and/or experience in WINNER design with appropriate computer skills
- Must hold a full NZ Drivers Licence
Previous experience in kitchen design would be an advantage although applicants with a proven design background and who are eager to learn will be considered. This is a full-time role and will include working one weekend day.
