Our client is seeking a personable diligent individual to join their team as Junior Office Administrator.

This is a fantastic entry level position with on job training - general reception duties, data entry, accounts and invoicing, payroll etc.

You will have good customer service & administration skills and will be working within a tight-knit, fun & supportive team. Your attention to detail will be next to none, coupled with a high degree of accuracy.

Ideally you will have some previous administration experience, however, this role would also suit a new grad looking to get into the work force into a company with career progression opportunities.

We are seeking a realiable indvidual who we can train up in all areas of office administration.

You will have great interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with both internal staff & clients alike.

This role is full time - Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm

What we are looking for:

  • 1-2 years' experience in an administrative/reception role
  • Previous customer service experience
  • All round team player with a great sense of humour
  • Can do attitude & willingness to learn
  • Good computing skills: familiar with Office 365, Word & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to efficiently multitask
  • Eye for detail/good attention to detail
  • Must hold (at minimum) a NZ restricted full driver's license (as you may be required to run errands at times)
  • Must own your own vehicle
