Located in Mount Wellington, this company has been distributing automotive products for more than 50 years. Right now they have a newly created position for an Inwards Supervisor to lead their team of 5.
They are seeking an experienced person who can hit the ground running and who possess the following:
- Previous inwards supervisor experience - 1 - 3 years.
- Change Management
- WMS and RF experience
- Health & Safety - preferably you would have been on the H&S committee and have experience enabling change in H&S culture
- Extensive inwards goods experience
- Proven track record of leading a team of a similar size
- Ability to lead from the front and motivate your team
