We're recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wiri, South Auckland. They are a down-to-earth, values-driven workplace focused on delivering top-quality, safety products both domestically and internationally. They're looking for an experienced, tech-savvy individual to help keep their operations running smoothly.

About you:

  • Proven customer service skills (5+ years)
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Able to work independently and part of a wider team
  • Confident, professional and open-minded attitude
  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment
  • A true team player with a solutions-focused attitude

About the role:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
  • Providing accurate production information and service to customers
  • Entering and updating information in company systems
  • Monitoring and managing customer sales orders
  • Supporting other departments as required
