We're recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wiri, South Auckland. They're looking for an experienced, tech-savvy individual to help keep their operations running smoothly.
About you:
- Proven customer service skills (5+ years)
- Strong computer literacy
- Able to work independently and part of a wider team
- Confident, professional and open-minded attitude
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment
- A true team player with a solutions-focused attitude
About the role:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
- Providing accurate production information and service to customers
- Entering and updating information in company systems
- Monitoring and managing customer sales orders
- Supporting other departments as required
