This role is central to supporting our Recruitment Consultants and Divisional Manager, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients and candidates. What You'll Be Doing
- Writing, posting, and managing job adverts across our CRM and job boards
- Using creative sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent
- Phone screening all applicants and responding promptly to candidate queries
- Monitoring candidate progress throughout the recruitment process
- Completing reference checks, background checks, and compliance tasks
- Writing high quality CV and profile summaries
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience every time
- Supporting the team with ad hoc administration tasks
- Contributing positively to our fun, supportive team culture
What You Need
- Minimum 1 year of agency recruitment experience or similar
- Strong administration skills and confidence using multiple software systems
- A service and sales oriented approach with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A driven, positive attitude and willingness to learn
