Due to internal career progression, we are searching for a motivated Candidate Consultant to join our high performing team in Penrose. This role is central to supporting our Recruitment Consultants and Divisional Manager, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients and candidates. What You'll Be Doing

  • Writing, posting, and managing job adverts across our CRM and job boards
  • Using creative sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent
  • Phone screening all applicants and responding promptly to candidate queries
  • Monitoring candidate progress throughout the recruitment process
  • Completing reference checks, background checks, and compliance tasks
  • Writing high quality CV and profile summaries
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience every time
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc administration tasks
  • Contributing positively to our fun, supportive team culture

What You Need

  • Minimum 1 year of agency recruitment experience or similar
  • Strong administration skills and confidence using multiple software systems
  • A service and sales oriented approach with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A driven, positive attitude and willingness to learn
