Asphalt Labourers & Operators - Manawatū Region

We're currently recruiting Asphalt Labourers and Operators to support a range of local civil projects across the Manawatū region. These roles involve working on roading and sealing projects, with opportunities for both short-term and long-term assignments.

If you have experience in roading or sealing, hold a Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 desirable), and have your WTR endorsement - we want to hear from you!

The Opportunity:

Asphalt Labourers
You'll be part of a hardworking crew responsible for hand-laying asphalt on roads, footpaths, and kerbs. Tasks include pouring, spreading, raking, smoothing, and finishing asphalt to ensure high-quality results.

Machine Operators
You'll be operating various machinery such as rollers, pavers, and skid steers, assisting with compacting, levelling, and finishing surfaces. Operators will also help with site set-up and general crew duties.

What We're Looking For:

• Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 desirable)
• WTR endorsement and machinery operating experience (required for operators)
• Proven experience in roading, sealing, or civil construction
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and good communication skills
• Clean MOJ and able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must have legal rights to work in New Zealand
