We're seeking a motivated and people-focused National Installer Network Manager to build and manage a high-performing network of electricians delivering quality installations nationwide.
Full-time | Permanent | Auckland-Based
- Monday to Friday - 40 hours/week

The Role:
This is role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, as the central point of contact for our installer network. The role will be spilt into establishing and maintaining the team, relationship management and operations.
You'll be the driving force behind our installer network, recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting contractors across New Zealand, ensuring high-quality, efficient installations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your performance will be measured by your ability to grow and manage the network to meet national rollout targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard and engage installers
- Identify and onboard qualified electricians and businesses nationwide
- Develop and deliver onboarding and training content (online and in-person)
- Build and maintain strong, communicative relationships with installers, ensuring they are trained on the job management system and installation procedures
- Performance monitoring
- Liaise with the customer service team to allocate jobs efficiently
- Track job quality, completion rates and customer satisfaction
- Provide regular updates, resolve issues and keep contractors engaged
- Take swift action on underperformance
- Reporting and dashboards
- Maintain clear tracking systems and provide weekly progress reports
Skills and Experience:
Essential
- Proven experience in contractor recruitment, service delivery or network operations
- Successful track record managing large-scale rollouts or installations
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
- Confident problem-solver with a practical, action-oriented mindset
- Industry experience (electrical, energy or telecommunications)
Desirable
- Familiarity with NZ's electrical industry & compliance standards
- Tech-savvy with experience using job management software or platforms
