Provide exceptional administrative support to the wider Administration team and Managers
Maintain client and job workflow information on database accurately
Produce reports out of databases as requested.
Collect and organise critical documentation, including printing, collating and binding of the documentation
Maintain Health & Safety system, reporting, training and incident follow up
Maintain office supply inventories and provide general administrative support including photocopying and mailing
Resolve any administrative issues and enquires
Solid experience in an administrative role with multiple stakeholders
Experience in various aspects of Health And Safety
Exceptional attention to detail and accurate record keeping
Great interpersonal skills with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Decisive, proactive person who takes initiative and requires little supervision
