Our client based in Waikouaiti is seeking a full time Admin Lead for their Waikouaiti based Feedmill. They are a well established and successful business that has operations across a range of locations in NZ.

Reporting to the Feedmill Manager, as Admin Lead you will guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by scheduling production and ensuring Raw materials are sourced for site.

In a fast-paced environment the Admin lead plays an integral part in ensuring that production is planned, customer orders are processed and feed is delivered to customers as required and ordered.

An ability to set up systems and manage systems in order to keep the production process flowing is essential.

You will need proven administration & customer service experience.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Full NZ Drivers Licence
  • Have 2+ years administration experience
  • Experience with invoices & accounts
  • Experience with ordering & stocktakes
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse/production environment
  • Experience with production planning & scheduling
  • Great customer service skills (phone & email)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work at pace within a team
  • Be a good multi tasker with High standards of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Health & safety conscious
  • Experience with Office D365 would be favourable

This role is Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm (employer is slightly flexible on the hours)

Transport to and from work is available (from 6.30-3pm hours)
