About the Role

Our client is seeking experienced and reliable tradespeople with expertise in building, roofing, welding, fabrication, and CNC operation. This is a hands-on role - from structural builds - requiring adaptability, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Builder

Construction and repairs in the commercial, and industrial sector.

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Operate power tools

Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards

Roofer

Install and repair roofing

Apply waterproofing and insulation materials

Work safely at heights and in varied weather conditions

Inspect and maintain roof integrity

Welder

Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding to a high standard

Read welding blueprints and specifications

Inspect welds for quality and durability

Maintain welding equipment and safety standards

Fabricator

Engineer and fabricate cut, shape, and assemble steel (metal)

Operate CNC machines

Follow detailed schematics and fabrication plans

Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot defects

CNC Operator

Set up and operate CNC machinery (drilling, milling, grinding)

Translate blueprints into machine commands

Monitor machine performance and conduct test runs

Maintain precision and safety throughout production

🧰 Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience of the listed trades

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding environments

Relevant trade certifications (preferred but not essential)
