We're looking for motivated STMS, TMO and TTM professionals to join our Southland team and support a range of traffic management and civil projects. These roles offer steady hours ALL YEAR ROUND, outdoor work and the chance to be part of a reliable crew delivering essential services across the region.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Setting up and managing traffic control systems
- Monitoring work zones and keeping sites safe
- Supporting civil crews with day‑to‑day operations
- Working outdoors in all conditions
- Taking on overtime as required
What You Need:
- A minimum Class 1 licence
- Current STMS and/or TMO certification (for those roles)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and willingness to work outdoors
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
