The Role:

• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management (TTM) sites
  
• Plan and oversee day-to-day traffic operations
  
• Complete and maintain all site documentation
  
• Direct traffic and deliveries safely on active sites
  
• Lead and coach on-site staff to ensure compliance and safety
  
• Conduct site audits and ensure adherence to TTM standards

  Requirements
  
• Valid STMS qualification (Level 1, Cat A/B minimum; Cat C preferred)
  
• Full Class 1 NZ driver's licence (Class 2 preferred)
  
• Proven experience supervising TTM operations
  
• Strong knowledge of CoPTTM and NZGTTM guidelines
  
• Able to work independently and manage multiple sites
  
• Flexible to work varied hours, early mornings, and weekends if required
  
• High standard of health and safety awareness
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills
  
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
  
• Site Safe or Construct Safe preferred
