We have a large client based in Tauranga looking for their next STMS to join their team! Be apart of the major projects within the Bay of Plenty region and the on-going success within the company.
Qualifications & Experience:
- STMS A/B P, STMS A/B NP with experience (ready to get practising) or STMS A/B/C P.
- Class 2 licence is preferred but not a must.
- Understanding and experience with traffic management plans (TMP's).
- Commitment to following safety protocol's, implementing safety measures and promoting safety culture within the team.
- Professional approach and ability to work under pressure.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordination and accurate following of temporary traffic management plans.
- Direct and control work activities along with crew operations to ensure the safety of all personnel onsite, whilst ensuring the satisfaction of the customer.
- Communicate respectfully & effectively with team members. Build trust & influence within the team and sharing knowledge and skills amongst team members to encourage growth & development.
