As a Recruitment Consultant at AWF you will play a pivotal role participating with a passionate, hands on & service based team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment to drive client success, and play a key role in shaping some of Auckland's most exciting projects.

About the role

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Meet clients and candidates high communication requirements in and outside of work hours.
• Develop and foster new client relationships via business development.
• Provide consultative advice to clients on recruitment strategies and watch market trends.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• 360 start-to-finish recruitment, scouting your own candidates and completing necessary induction processes.
• Negotiate client and candidate job offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
• Monthly Health & Safety reports.

About you

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role or similar in a recruitment agency environment.
• Experience in the blue-collar sector is advantageous.
• Strong Customer service experience and focus.
• Excellent communication and high interpersonal skills.
• Effective at being able to 'read the room'.
