Our Mount Maunganui branch is going through an exciting growth phase, and we're looking for a hardworking recruiter to join our small, high-performing team! This is not your typical 9-to-5 role, it's a fast-paced position where no two days are the same, offering the chance to make a real impact to local businesses and the wider community.

About the role:

  • Source, screen, and place skilled and reliable workers with our clients

  • Conduct interviews, vet applications, and present job offers

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

  • Visit worksites to understand client needs first-hand

  • Fulfil compliance and Health & Safety checks

  • Negotiate offers and support smooth onboarding

  • Develop and foster new client relationships via business development

  • Managing a fast-paced, high-volume workload with accuracy and professionalism

Ideally you will have:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management (recruitment experience would be ideal!)

  • Strong people skills and the confidence to pick up the phone and meet face-to-face

  • A results driven mindset with a strong work ethic

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems

  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment

  • A full NZ driver's licence
