Our Mount Maunganui branch is going through an exciting growth phase, and we're looking for a hardworking recruiter to join our small, high-performing team! This is not your typical 9-to-5 role, it's a fast-paced position where no two days are the same, offering the chance to make a real impact to local businesses and the wider community.
About the role:
- Source, screen, and place skilled and reliable workers with our clients
- Conduct interviews, vet applications, and present job offers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Visit worksites to understand client needs first-hand
- Fulfil compliance and Health & Safety checks
- Negotiate offers and support smooth onboarding
- Develop and foster new client relationships via business development
- Managing a fast-paced, high-volume workload with accuracy and professionalism
Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience in sales or account management (recruitment experience would be ideal!)
- Strong people skills and the confidence to pick up the phone and meet face-to-face
- A results driven mindset with a strong work ethic
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
- A full NZ driver's licence
