AWF are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our clients busy Warehouse and Packing/Dispatch departments. These are hands‑on roles within a fast‑paced production environment, working with a variety of products depending on the department.
What we're looking for
We need team members who are:
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
- Strong communicators with a positive work ethic
- Safety‑conscious and confident working in a factory environment
- Able to follow instructions and work well within a team
Available shift patterns
- Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:00pm
- Monday-Friday: 4:00pm-12:00am (Midnight)
Overtime is regularly available during the week and occasionally on Saturdays.
Key responsibilities
- Packing orders off the end of fast-paced production lines
- Assembling boxes and preparing products for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Supporting general warehouse and production activities as required
