About the role:
- Manage a team of 20 staff
- Key focus on reporting on KPI's and Efficiency
- Recruitment, induction and performance management
- Maintain weekly roster
- Make decisions based on budgets and forecast
- Health and Safety Representative for the workplace
- Reporting to Branch Manager
- Monday-Friday, however during the busy season may be required to work the occasional day in the weekend, with a day off mid week
About you:
- Must have experience managing similar sized teams
- Experience working in a production environment
- Analyse and critically assess where efficiency can be improved
- Natural ability to lead and to motivate
- Firmly enforce Health and Safety policy
- Physically fit
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to report accurately and insightfully
- Understand the principles of LEAN processes and procedures
- Take pride in presentation
- Experienced in HR procedures (training and managing staff)
