About the Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting our clients with top talent. This role is perfect for someone who is:

  • People-oriented - committed to candidate attraction and retention through CV screening, site visits, and effective communication
  • Results-driven - with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs through business-to-business sales
  • Detail-focused - skilled with conducting in-depth interviews, vetting applications, and presenting job offers
  • Health & Safety conscious - with an understanding of its importance in our AWF workforce
  • Committed to excellence - passionate about recruitment and customer service, ensuring the highest level of account management for our clients
  • Hands-on and proactive - ready to roll up their sleeves and get the job done

Ideally you will have:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within recruitment or a service-based industry
  • Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
  • Proven track record in achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • Resilience and tenacity, able to handle setbacks and thrive in tough or changing markets
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethics, driven by passion and a results-focussed mindset
