• Manage inventory and consumables, including weekly stock checks and ordering.
• Prepare accurate quotes for projects and liaise with senior management.
• Champion safety compliance and run toolbox meetings to keep the team informed.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Hands-on skills in TIG welding and operating workshop machinery.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Knowledge of health & safety standards and compliance requirements.
