AWF Invercargill are seeking an energetic production assistant to join our busy Invercargill based client who specialises in the manufacture and installation of the best tunnel houses money can buy.

This role will involve various elements of tunnel house manufacturing and requires someone with great attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right the first time. Their current team is well established and very supportive they have the expertise and are happy to share their knowledge with others joining the team.

Our clients products are sold right throughout NZ and have a reputation of being exceptional quality. Their products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards to stand up to what ever conditions they may endure for many, many years.

The right person for this role will be someone who's good with their hands and able to work accurately to ensure things are completed properly even if that means it takes a moment longer.

You will be reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team, you also will be willing to get stuck in with other tasks to keep production running smoothly and to ensure the workplace is safe and tidy.

The work can be repetitive at times so some experience with repetitive tasks would be highly regarded. Some of the work is fairly hard so some level of strength and fitness will be required.

In addition to the above you'll also need the following;

- The right to work in New Zealand and relevant documentation to prove it

- Be able to pass pre-employment checks including; criminal history, drug and alcohol screens and ACC check

- Have a current CV with contactable references
