## Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders following a paper manifest for bulk fruit and vegetable orders, including items such as onions and potatoes.
• Stack boxes onto pallets efficiently and securely.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including bending with your knees and stretching before work.
• Report any injuries or near misses promptly to the appropriate personnel.

## Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is preferred.
• Forklift certification is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition, capable of lifting and moving heavy boxes.

## Day-to-Day

• Begin your shift with a safety briefing and ensure all safety measures are in place.
• Review the paper manifest and organize your tasks for the night.
• Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring all items are correctly accounted for.
• Use a forklift to move pallets as needed, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues to the supervisor.
