This is a 360-recrutiment role where you will manage the end-to-end process with clients and candidates offering permanent opportunities. Most importantly, you will need to be able to build relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels and be seen as a credible business consultant to our clients.

What's a normal day look like?
- Actively promote new business opportunities
- Build and develop your recruitment desk
- Source and attract candidates through advertising, using databases, networking, social media, headhunting and other market initiatives
- Conduct interviews for open positions
- Coordinate compliance
- Effective database management
- Managing your end-to-end Permanent Recruitment Specialist desk
