We're hiring passionate and skilled civil construction staff to work on high-profile roading projects with leading national companies. Whether you're experienced or looking to grow in the industry, we have full-time roles that can lead to permanent placements.

Roles Available

• WTR Operators (Loader, Roller, Excavator, Grader)
• Class 4+ Truck Drivers
• Field Roading Staff
• STMS (Site Traffic Management Supervisors)

Experience We Value

If you've operated any of the following, we want to hear from you:

• Loader (W)
• Roller (R)
• Excavator (T)
• Grader (W)
• CL2, CL4, CL5 Truck Driving (advantageous)
• Asphalt/Chipseal Sealing
• Concrete or Drainage Work

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in civil roading or earthworks
• Safe and confident machine operators
• Physically fit and reliable
• Own transport to get to site
• Able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol screening
• Eligible to work in NZ
• Two work references
