Our team are looking for a part-time Administration officer to join our busy team based in Penrose.

You will be joining a light hearted, diverse team who enjoy getting the work done and having a laugh, mostly at ourselves. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking for a part time role to work around their current schedule, ideally working between 9am to 3pm, four to five days a week. The hours can be flexible as long as the job gets done.

About the role:

You will be required to run our branch payroll for all our field staff on a weekly basis. You will show attention to detail and overall initiative as you process and collate timesheets into our system (FastTrack 360). Alongside completing payroll duties, you will be required to complete any outstanding compliance and online ordering for office products and PPE gear.

You'll need the following:

  • Previous experience in an admin-based position
  • Previous experience completing payroll advantageous
  • Proven attention to detail and initiative
