Our client is a market leading New Zealand company. Their manufacturing and distributions site in Whanganui is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic 2IC to join their night shift team. The successful candidate will provide support to one of the team leaders, continuing efficient operation of manufacturing functions, ensuring safe, efficient and quality work is completed by the team.

About You:

We are looking for someone with experience working within a manufacturing environment, preferably with supervisory experience or ready to step up into a 2IC role. Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Ideally some supervisory experience

• Excellent communication skills
• A great work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
• Dedication to adhering to health and safety practices
• Reliability and motivation
