About the role

AWF New Plymouth have various general labouring roles available including short and on-going assignments. Jobs may require team to assist, erect, maintain equipment, and support our clients with their daily operations as needed.

Duties

Contribute to a supportive team by assisting trained personnel to lift, carry, sort, move, assemble, and operate machinery & equipment. Work solid tradie hours from Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend work as required for reputable construction and manufacturing companies in Taranaki.

Skills & Experience

• Hold a Restricted or Full Class 1 NZ Drivers licence with reliable transport
• Be physically fit as some of our roles require heavy lifting (in pairs)
• Have a strong focus on Health & Safety and hazard identification
• Previous labouring experience advantageous
