The role

This is an entry level role with a fantastic opportunity to build a stable career in Quarry.

You will be begin your career working in the observation room, duties involve:

• Overseeing and monitoring plant to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Following process to identify and fix any basic machine stops.
• Maintain a tidy work area by cleaning up materials that fall off the machine belts.

This is a great opportunity to work your way up the ladder in a company. The goal for the successful applicant is to diversify your skills by learning all areas of the quarry to give you flexibility in your role.

This company will invest in you by helping you gain qualifications and licenses aligned in the Quarry.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 6.00am to 5.00pm and every second Saturday 6.00am to 2.00pm. Overtime is available.

Key skills and attributes:

• Switched on and shows initiative
• Eye for detail
• Reliable and hardworking
• Able to follow process
• Class 1 or 2, desirable but not essential
• Endorsement WTR, desirable but not essential
