What You'll Be Doing:
* Preparing heavy steel excavator attachments for coating
* Sanding, cleaning, and surface prep work
* Mixing and applying one‑pot industrial coatings
* Spray painting large fabricated components in an open booth
* Inspecting finish quality and completing touch‑ups as required
* Maintaining spray equipment and following strict PPE and safety protocols
* Working Monday to Friday with overtime available when required

What You Need:
* Previous experience in industrial or heavy‑steel spray painting
* Strong attention to detail and consistent finish standards
* Ability to work safely with coatings, PPE, and spray equipment
* Reliability, good work ethic, and ability to work independently or in a small team
* Physically fit and comfortable working around large fabricated steel components
