What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating a range of heavy machinery including pavers, rollers, and bobcats in asphalt surfacing environments
- Assisting with site preparation, levelling, and compaction to ensure high-quality finishes
- Monitoring machinery performance and conducting basic maintenance checks
- Working closely with the crew to meet project timelines and safety standards
- Supporting general labouring tasks when required to keep the job moving
- Adhering to all health and safety protocols on site
What You Need:
- WTR endorsement
- Full Class 1 NZ Driver Licence
- Proven experience in surfacing environments
- A solid work ethic and reliability
