We're seeking dynamic and energetic machine operators to fill vacancies Class 2 -5 Truck drivers and Machine Operators .

This role will see you operating a range of different machinery rollers, bulldozers, dump trucks and loaders.

Whilst ideally you'll have prior experience in machinery operation and class 2 WTR New Zealand Drivers Licence, we're also keen to discuss with people who hold a minimum class 2 New Zealand licences and are keen to develop their operating skills within the civil environment.

Through their skilled and passionate workforce, they offer their clients a wide variety of different services such as road building and stabilising, drainage and water reticulation, traffic management and earthworks.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal applicant will be a skilled truck driver or machine operator with experience in one or all of the above pieces of machinery.

You'll be dedicated to health and safety and understand what it means to be part of a team, the work that this client does isn't achieved by individuals but instead by a cohesive team working together towards a common goal.

In addition to the above to be successful in this role you'll need:

A full class 2 New Zealand Drivers Licence as a minimum a with WTR endorsement (happy to provide assistance with the WTR endorsements for the right people)

The ability to pass pre-employment checks including; Drug and Alcohol and criminal history

The right to work in New Zealand and relevant documentation to prove it

A current CV with contactable references

We're happy to negotiate rates based on experience but the above rates provide a guide for where we see the roles currently sitting and they're more than happy to coach and train to help you gain more experience and operating skills for other machinery and the remuneration that comes with it.

This role will have a pay rate between $26 and $33 per hour depending on your skills, licences and experience and we're happy to discuss if you feel that your skills command more than this.
