What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the technician team and supporting day‑to‑day workflow
* Fitting and installing new milking plants and systems
* Completing system upgrades and scheduled maintenance
* Responding to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing faults, and completing repairs
* Liaising with farmers and customers, ensuring excellent service and communication
* Maintaining accurate service records and promoting best‑practice safety standards

* Full Class 1 driver licence (essential)
