General Labouring

Looking for hands-on, physical work with variety? We're seeking reliable General Labourers in New Plymouth to support our civil and construction clients across multiple sites. No two days will be the same, and this is a great way to gain experience, learn new skills, and see what type of work you enjoy.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting crews with civil and construction tasks
  • Site clean-ups, moving materials, and general labouring
  • Using hand and power tools
  • Supporting trades and machine operators as needed
  • Working safely across a range of outdoor work sites

What You Need:

  • Reliable transport to and from work
  • Great attitude and willingness to get stuck in
  • Ability to handle physical, hands-on work
  • Having Site Safe is an advantage, but not required
  • Previous labouring experience is a bonus but not required
