Our client designs and develops industrial projects throughout New Zealand. They manage the full process including design, civil, drainage, precast and full construction. They have built a reputation ro excellence by listening to their clients and exceeding their expectations. They are now seeking an experienced Foreman who can deliver on excellence.

A majority of their projects are South Auckland based and as such this opportunity will suit someone who lives locally.

This position will suit a hands on Site Supervisor who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. You will need to coordinate and organise your team but also jump in when required. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the whole process including set up
• Coordinating day to day site activities
• Ensuring the company adhere to deadlines and specifications
• Leading and motivating your team of 4 -8 direct reports. You will also be managing up to 50 sub-contractors
• Ensuring H&S guidelines are met
