AWF are on the lookout for a qualified and experienced STMS to assist our client working within the civil construction sector. The STMS will be responsible for the setup and shut down of their sites and will ensure the highest level of safety standards are upkept.
You will have atleast 12 months experience as an STMS including setting up sites and being sole charge of traffic management teams. You will have high levels of attention to detail and be willing to speak up when things aren't right.

The have a number of large local projects and so there is some day travel but you get to enjoy your own bed at the end of the day.
About you
You are an experienced STMS who enjoys being part of a team dedicated to delivering results.
You are physically capable of lifting signs and other traffic management equipment and able to give feedback in a respectful yet robust manner.
In addition to this you have:
- A minimum of full class 1 New Zealand drivers license, class 2 would be preferrable but not essential
- The ability to drive a manual vehicle
- Be able to pass a drug screen
- Be able to pass pre-employment checks including ACC and criminal history
- A high level of Safety competence and a good safety record throughout your career
