The successful candidates' key responsibilities are:

• To be able to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the business.
  
• Must be capable of working skilfully and be responsible for safely and effectively leading the drilling team.
  
• Must be capable of effectively managing operational tasks and timelines.
  
• Possess some mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining specialist equipment.
  
• Have a strong understanding of the drilling processes, to be able to effectively lead and trouble shoot drilling and equipment issues.
  
  Skills and experience:
  
  A minimum of Level 3 Drilling is preferred although not required. Although Level 3 & 4 drilling qualifications will need to be gained. The position does require a minimum of 2 years prior experience as a Trainee Driller relevant to this role.
