It's true that you will need to have fast and accurate keyboard skills, but that is just the start. You'll also need to be able to take ownership of your part of this great team's work. That means you will have a strong desire to see something not just done but done quickly and properly - you will be a fan of both truth and beauty. You will enjoy working with and for people, but it is the process that drives you.
The successful candidate will need to take the written notes from a technician and turn those into a simple but accurate story that will make sense to a customer. A logical mind with a healthy dose of curiosity is also needed so that if something doesn't make sense, you will want to stop and ask the question before going ahead. Because you care about getting things right.
You will need to be able to point to successful experience in a customer service role. This is not a beginner's role. We figure you'll have solid customer service and data entry experience that has set you up for a role like this.
You'll also need some evidence of how you have been appreciated for your data entry and keyboard skills.
This role will be for a minimum of 30 hours per week to begin with, but we'd like you to be keen and able to grow into a full time working week as workflow demands.
