AWF is delighted to be partnering our client in their search for a CSR to join their Ashburton team. As a successful nationwide operation, they have manufacturing sites across the country, and their Ashburton team of 8 is waiting for you to join them.

This is a pivotal role within the operation, and one where you can truly make your mark.

The role

As the branch CSR you will be the 'hub' for the operation. It is role that is site based, acts as the front person/CSR for the business, has a sales and service aspect, liaises closely with manufacturing, as well as have an administration base. Your ability to balance all aspects of the role will be the key to your success!

Key tasks include - managing sales and service queries, processing orders, communicating with new and existing clients, providing technical support, managing incoming calls and emails , as well as customers coming into the branch.

Administration tasks include inputting order details and correspondence via email and their inhouse ERP System. You will work closely with the branch manager and production supervisor in terms of workflows and the delivery of finished product.

The hours are 7.30am -4.30pm Monday to Friday.

No two days will be the same in this role, it is fast paced, stimulating and is perfect for someone who likes to provide excellence in customer service, can multi task and has skills in all aspects of the role.

  • You will potentially come from a similar role, and experience within the manufacturing or roofing industry would be ideal.
  • You communicate for success, and possess excellent customer service skills.
  • You will have high level administration and computer skills, and your accuracy and speed will be a key to your success.
  • Your can do attitude, ability to think on your feet, and ability to problem solve will be strong.
  • Whilst your planning and organisational skills will be second to none, being flexible and adaptable is also key in the role.
  • And you will be a team player who can build strong relationship internally as well as externally.
