We are looking for motivated and reliable Concrete Labourers to join our busy Whangārei-based civil construction crews. If you enjoy hands-on physical work, take pride in doing a quality job, and want steady hours with teams that value safety and teamwork, this could be the perfect opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with concrete pours, finishing, screeding, and general site preparation
- Helping with formwork, steel tying, and site clean-up
- Operating basic hand and power tools
- Supporting machine operators and site crews
- Following all site safety procedures and contributing to a positive team environment
What You Need
- Previous labouring or construction experience (civil or concrete preferred)
- Strong work ethic and good level of physical fitness
- Reliable transport and ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Site Safe or ConstructSafe is an advantage
- Bonus skills: Truck licences, WTR endorsement, or machine operating experience
